Paintings rich in colour and texture.
Liz’s striking paintings display a wide variety of subject matter, some figurative and others with a tendency towards abstraction, but what they all have in common is a wonderful use of colour.
Geoff produces wheel thrown raku ceramics. These include decorative smoke fired porcelain pieces using naked raku, horsehair raku and saggar firing techniques. Joanna is a glass maker who specialises in cast & kiln formed glass. Her work is inspired by a diverse variety of subjects including nature & archaeology. The work is united by the use of texture and vibrant colour.
Louise works in free style water colour, inks and acrylics to bring realistic and imagined effects to her paintings. She has a passion for unreal colours which she uses to form modern interpretations of natural objects. She uses everyday subjects such as discarded shoes, boots and picked vegetables and turns them into larger than life representations of themselves.
